- Client Ownership: Data handling, intellectual property, licences and delivery ownership are set out in the applicable project agreement.
- Defined Support: Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and operational assistance are agreed with explicit capacity boundaries and response expectations, avoiding open-ended ambiguity.
